[request] Domoto Mode and Kimi to Arukeba scans

Hello! Does anyone have scans to the Domoto Mode and the Kimi to Arukeba book? The only links for Domoto Mode are incomplete and don't work anymore while the link for Kimi to Arukeba doesn't work anymore. :(
