Help concert tickets

My wife has been dying to see kinki kids live, we joined FC but didn't get lucky T.T

Has anyone purchased tickets from ticket.co.jp or ticketcamp before? I've read that people have been turned away at the concert, does this happen a lot? I really want to get her these tickets so if anyone can help that would be awesome!
