Hi - The end of Domoto Kyoudai and the recent SP led to a conversation with a friend about the beginning of the series.
Remember when KK pretended to be brothers named Susumu and Ayumu? :) The gag was never going to last, but my friend and I agreed that those first few episodes were really fun! And even after KK gave up on the gag, we thought the show was a lot better in the beginning than it was towards the end. (Though we were still really sad to see it go.)
Anyway, for anyone interested in a quick blast from the past - here's the very first, original opening of Domoto Kyoudai from 2001:

I confess it took me half a year to realise that the DK logo tagline "Progress on Sunday" was a pun/reference to KK's alter egos! hahaha!
